My name is Gillian Buckler and I grew up in Barrington, RI. I attended URI for the "typical" college experience, as a communications major, but left school without graduating. I managed a small business and worked in customer service for Bank of America before returning to school to finish my BA in English, with the hopes of applying for the MA/TCP program. I just finished student teaching in May; it was the best experience, and I am dying to get back in the classroom!
